"gal-luxie"
We were watching "Paz" this morning on Discovery Kids and he was taking a trip into space with his friends. At one point he said something like "off to another galaxy" and suddenly I hear Luxie say with pure delight "No Luxie!!" I said to her "did Paz say 'Luxie?'" She had a big smile on her face, "Yeah!" She was so tickled that he said her name. That's my little "gal-luxie!"

total cuteness. this reminds me of how ava 'finds' her name in other words, signs, etc... for example, whenever we pass a property for sale with a big 'AVAILABLE' sign in front, ava always gets really excited and shouts, 'there's my name! I see my name! I found my name!'... so cool when they start making discoveries like that.
that little luxie lu. she's growing up!
